White Boar Bitter: 3.8abv. A superb light, hoppy session bitter with a full fruity after taste.

Premium Bull Bitter: 4.0abv. A Slightly Stronger Session bitter, full in flavour with a long lingering after - most Quaffabull

Old Raby Bitter: 4.8abv. A Favourite with many people. A Dark Ruby red beer with a high hop rate; it drinks very easily.

CAMRA PUB THE YEAR; Number Twenty 2 is Darlington's most classic Victorian pub. Just off the town centre, the Traditional Alehouse & Canteen looks no different from the neighbouring shopfronts. Number Twenty 2 offers the: BEST REAL ALES selection available in the area along with the MOST BEERS POURING. AWARD WINNING PUBS don't come much better than this

Inside, the high ceiling creates a spacious feel while the roaring fire, traditional decor and secluded front two bays makes the pub feel very welcoming indeed.

Number Twenty 2 specialises in a small range of Malt Whiskies (Stronachie, Auchentoshan and Bruichladdich..cask no 1558) as well as a fine Cognac, an Armagnac, Hendrick's Gin and Grey Goose Vodka. We concentrate on providing patrons with a fine and varied selection of ales and wines. Of the five regular beers, three are their own, there are five changing guests, the range increases at weekends with upto 13 REAL ALES and 9 CONTINENTAL BEERS available YES! that's 22 at NUMBER TWENTY2. There is a great choice of wines chosen for easy quaffing. It is a civilised place frequented by local business folk.

Customers living locally can purchase WHITE BOAR TO TAKE HOME in POLY PINS 10ltr or 20 ltr 3 Days notice is required, 'pins can be filled with "live" beer or "racked bright" beer. Our customers are reminded that they must keep the beer in a cool place and to consume the beer within 36 hours of collection.

At the back of the long bar is a seating area known as the "canteen" at lunch times. Food is good and uncomplicated - wholemeal sandwiches and a choice of HOT DISHES served with real homemade chips and salad.

Number Twenty 2 is closed on Sundays, but for the rest of the week Darlington has a very fine local.
